1. Introduction

Welcome to the Driving Theory Test Kit app (the “App”), operated by DRIVEWISE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this App and make any in-app purchases.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases

  • The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases (“In-App Purchases”).
  • Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. We do not directly handle your payment information.
  • By making an In-App Purchase, you authorise the applicable app store to charge your chosen payment method.

5. Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Some features may be offered as a subscription service (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

6. Refunds

  • All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact the relevant app store directly.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or misuse the App or its content.
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the App or its learning materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, videos, designs, and materials within the App are owned or licensed by DRIVEWISE SOLUTIONS LIMITED.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is intended for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee a passing result in the official DVSA test.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or failure resulting from the use of the App.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the App.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal information will be handled in line with ourPrivacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data for functionality, improvements, and support.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
